Le personnel est désagréable et pas à la hauteur

Le séjour s’est bien passé mais le personnel lors du check out a été odieux. J’ai demandé d’imprimer ma facture et la personne était saoulée, pas souriante, désagréable bref vu les prix des chambres c’est vraiment inacceptable. Je ne reviendrai plus dans cet hôtel

No cleaning service day 1 because they overlooked it. Very busy hotel - reception not very responsive Charged me for overnight valet for 2 nights even though I do not have a car!! Very mechanical No personal service Toilet was clogged and flush did not work

Worst experience, I paid for premiere suite 2 bed and they give my room to another guest, and put me in room with 2 bed next to street on the first floor, when I ask for refund, the person on front desk just said "you can talk to my supervisor on the morning" never again on this hotel
