We stay here because of its location to relatives and it’s always a very reliable hotel. Clean, nice amenities and the staff is friendly.

The hotel was fine. Many buttons on the elevator did not work correctly and this tends to make you question the general maintenance and frequency of service of the elevators.
Also as a business traveler that relies on internet connectivity… the wifi provided was the worst wifi I have ever experienced. It was slow, low signal, and would randomly drop at the worst times. This made it difficult to even use and I had better luck using my phones wifi hotspot. I couldn’t stay here again just for this detail alone. That said the beds were super comfy.

Failed to provide information about elevators not working. According to staff elevators hadn’t been working for the past month. It felt unsafe with so many guests, stairways close and only option was the one elevator for numerous floors.
