We found blood on the pillow cases and blanket.
It was fresh blood, bright red… which makes me think that the sheets had not been replaced before us…
I calles the room service… they just told me it will be replaced and that’s it… no excuses…
Really awfull… especially during a pandemic

The property is under renovation so my assessment of the facilities will be temporary - but the rooms are in rough shape. The furniture is very worn out, the everything is very dated, lights need to be changed, my shower had a slow drain.
I would describe everything else as average. This is a low-to-mid-range hotel and so I expected a low-to-mid-range experience.
