I stayed in room 146 and the floor was super wet by the air conditioning units it leaking all night. When I got out the bed this morning my feet was WET. The floor was wet from the unit all the way to the bed 🛌.

My daughter and husband stayed at this location after a late night arrival for a short period of sleep. We booked here because they had shuttle service which started at 4am. They had a 6 am flight. Upon checking in they were told the shuttle service on Sundays didn’t start until 5am so it cost another $30 for Uber. Your website only states 4:00am shuttle. Had other hotels offering 24 hr shuttles
