Upon check-in I was met with previously undisclosed fees and given a room with no a/c. I had to inform the desk staff twice and finally got a room change after 6 hours of waiting.

Great for families
Posted Oct. 7, 2024 on HotelsThe breakfast options were amazing! The front desk staff was so helpful anytime we had questions about how to get somewhere, or where to eat! We called about getting extra blankets and pillows for the couch-pull out bed, and housekeeping was at our door within 5 minutes! we will absolutely return here =)

I found the room to be clean, spacious and well appointed. My only complaint was the constant dog barking in a nearby room during the afternoon yesterday. I'd been traveling since 4am that morning and really needed a nap. The dog barking ruined that. Otherwise I had a good experience.

The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast is the best breakfast I’ve had at a hotel that was included with the stay.
