Propreté laisse à désirer et forte odeur dans certaines chambres. Le directeur a pu me compenser. Personnel serviable

Nice location and good rooms/staff

Perfectly located close to walking distance to Old Town Pasadena.
Some rooms are facing a big tent hosting an ice skating rink, so nothing exceptional here. But overall stay is good. Will return

Amazing hotel, terrific food in the restaurant. The room was large and bed was so comfy. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Restaurant staff treated our family poorly. Cold coffee, waitress with black pony tail would get upset when we asked for necessary items such as forks, creamer and it got worse from there.
