Nice hotel. Was given a key to someone else’s room so that was pretty scary. Rooms don’t have a door latch, just a deadbolt.

Hotel Mai is awesome.
Rooms are very clean as is the test of the hotel. The toilet is amazing. Hot water quickly. Nice big TV with a lot of channels. Don’t like paying for outside parking. Food would be a nice option.

Great lil gem in Long Beach
Another great girls trip in the bag..loved it all..the grwat friendly service when we walked till we left three days later .this hotel is a hidden gem that we are so happy we found..tell next year!

Adequate for the price
There are 3 things that could improve my stay. 1.) The key card for power thing was an issue. I could not turn off the recessed lights with any switch in the room so I had to take out the key card to sleep but that meant my phone and watch couldn't charge. 2.) The Metro Blue Line was loud at night with its audio announcements. All rooms should include ear plugs. 3.) Your shower head lacks enough water pressure to throughly rinse out my hair. Otherwise, it's a nice place to stay for the price.

Street noise terrible
The noise coming from the street is terrible. Everything else about the hotel was great, but the noise being so close to an intersection and the trolley/train stop was unbearable.
