Very very noisy
Publié le 18 août 2022 sur HotelsVery inside and outside noisy hotel, steps away from 101 highway you can hear the traffic 24/7. Impossible to open the windows.
Once more, you can hear the noise from other rooms.

We enjoyed the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The hotel decor was delightful, and the room was very comfortable. Since there is no restaurant on the property, they may wish to consider adding microwaves in the guest rooms for those wanting a warm meal without having to go out or order takeout. Also, recommend changing the word "pool" to "oversized hot tub" so not to deceive anyone expecting to swim. Still enjoyable, but not a pool.

would recommend to stay here if you are going to universal studios ,staff was so nice and made it very easy to check in and check out and gave us a run down on the building place was quiet and calm overall it was a 10/10 !
