Wow! This guest arrived at 10am and check in not until 3pm. I went out of my way to give directions, stored their luggage all day. Early access to WIFI, used our private restroom, their Son was sick and they did not warn me and he sat in my chair while I had to stand! That rates a 4?? Can not be nicer and this is the thanks.

It is unattended but easy to enter. You will receive an email with the door code which is also the code to enter your room. If you have any issues (I did not) there is a phone number to call or u can send an email. No street parking. Lot is down the street at the Marriott hotel and you get a discounted daily rate if you reserve a spot prior to you stay. You have to call or email the hotel. There is a full kitchen, coffee maker, microwave but you have to bring your own k-cup coffee. There is a small market directly across the street.
