I was given a room in the beginning where the floor and carpet were really dirty. I then was given another room due to the nasty carpet stains, & that room the tv wouldn’t turn on and the phone didn’t work either so I could call the front desk to reprogram the remote. I then again was given another room at 11 at night, mind you I have a foot injury and am using a cane so walking back and forth was not at all necessary for me. So I’m given that 3rd room and the AC did not work at all! I have it time and until midnight I was given a somewhat proper room. I did have to go buy air freshener to get the restaurant menu from Dennys smell at least somewhat accommodating. But after I was taking a shower I step out and seen a cricket all over my clothes. I have pictures regarding that and I don’t think that was necessary either. I am a very clean person but just because I didn’t look my best I was given run down rooms. I paid 134 for a king sized bed and ended up with 2 queen sized beds with no refrigerator. I am very disappointed and very upset on my stay. I do hope I can receive some type of compensation for the struggle I had to endure staying here.

I did not appreciate checking into my room and finding out that I had three laps with no light bulbs no remote control for my television and the television did not work properly. The beds were uncomfortable and the bed rail was sticking out underneath that could have really injured me. There was no refrigerator or microwave. There was two huge stains in the carpet. Luckily my trip was short. Despite all that the staff was really polite but I will not be visiting this place ever again and I do not recommend it.

The hotel is in an old building that hasn’t been upgraded in a long time. Although the property has multiple buildings with few guests, we were placed in the dirtiest, most remote section. The TV didn’t work, the beds were uncomfortable, and we were disturbed early in the morning by calls to our room, which felt intentional since we were aware of the 12:00 noon checkout time.
The lady at reception was extremely rude about the whole situation, and it seemed like she was the one calling to wake us up. We had been traveling for over 12 hours and desperately needed rest, which was why we booked this hotel. I had called and emailed ahead to inform them of our situation, yet we were still met with hostility and poor service upon arrival. We checked in after hours, but the staff should have mentioned any issues during our prior communication. We were too exhausted to argue or request a room change, as our children were tired and just wanted to sleep. The lack of communication and empathy was truly disappointing.
