This hotel is understaffed and worn down. I didn’t get any maid service, I asked to switch rooms and could not (they promised they’d swap rooms the next day but never did), the tv was broken, there was no window nor any ventilation except air cycling through the rooms so occasionally it smelled like other people which was super gross. The shower head was broken, the toilet was clogged when I got there, the walls were dirty and thin, and even though I got no maid service I could hear them the entire time. The food was bad, but I could tell everyone who worked there was trying their best. The hotel is understaffed and out of date. I had a stressful time.
