Really nice room but the shower is weird because they're is no barrier preventing water from dripping into the bathroom floor. We had no working ac unit for two days so that sucks but they fixed it right away when we left for the whole day.

Checking in was easy except for charges to do early checkin/late check out. Upon checking in theh had fans blowing in the lobby area. It appeared to be that their air froze and was not cooling the hotel. A/C was working in the room. Only had 2 towels in the bathroom and when I called the reception area I didnt get a response. I called a second time because the iron wasnt working well.and was told they would bring another one up. Ultimately, I was getting ready for an event and couldn't wait so i left. Only stayed one night but the hotel is average.

Everything looks good but spa is out of order & laundry room washing machine needs repair. Coffee, hot water, liquid coffee creamer, juices are empty for breakfast.
