Restaurant is slow and expensive, and there are no other restaurants nearby. It isn’t in a walkable location, but we enjoyed looking at the Santa Anita horse track from our room. Beautiful hotel. Needs new coffee maker

Hotel was great and convenient to Rose Parade and Rose Bowl. Only area for improvement would be the speed of meal prep and serving at the Melange Restaurant. It seemed to take a long time to prepare the meals and get them out compared to other restaurants we’ve been to. The bar was faster when we ate there for some reason.

Even though it says on its website that it is pet friendly, but no where it shows there is a charge for each pet per night. I think it is a hidden charge, kind of like cheating customers. I did not aware of the charge until checking out. I booked the hotel via Expedia.com, Expedia should inform the hotel to correct this.

Great spot to relax and have a weekend getaway! Hallways were very quiet and we couldn’t hear any of our neighbors. Everything was clean and service was amazing! Di was our concierge and was very helpful. Parking is valet only, which is a minor downside but otherwise still a 5 star stay! Will definitely recommend and stay again.

This was a wonderful place to stay! The room was clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive during checkin. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.
