Good experience with the hotel. We had a personal stay and enjoyed the outdoor bar. The food was pretty good! The room was very clean. We requested extra towels that took almost 2 hours to arrive, but otherwise we were happy with the service. Easy (paid) parking. Right across from the Burbank airport. Not that noisy, either

Expensive vibes…didn’t live up to the hype
Price point was ridiculous for what you got rooms are basic with dirty old overused appliances and amenities. Pools were gross and not clean. Overall the hotel was just dirty. Drinks and food all very pricey.

For a Marriott hotel, this is less than what i expected. The room looked so old. We reserved for 2 queens but was given 2 junior beds instead. the bathroom was dirty and one of the light fixtures was not working. the ice machine on our floor was broken and was leaking. the person at the front counter was not very friendly when i was checking in.

Don’t eat at the restaurant the servers are very slow & don’t refill yoir drinks. Expedia charges you taxes but the property also charges you taxes, tax on top of tax. They also charge $24 a day for parking which is not disclosed when making the reservation. I had to ask for towels three times, for the price they need to upgrade their customer service.
