The property was very nice but the room we got was outdated. The tub also had issues draining. The service was great though!

I booked a king size room over a month ago. Upon arrival at 6pm they stated they didn’t have any king size rooms. The staff was very rude at the front desk didn’t even try to accommodate me in anyway. The hotel does not appear like the pictures. Rooms are dirty and outdated.

This hotel is going downhill fast. I'm there every year for a convention and over the last 4 years it seems like things are getting worse each time. Vending machines not stocked, Starbucks not open until late morning on the weekend? This is now a $110 a night hotel, not the $220 they charge. It's not the worst...but it's not worth what they are asking anymore. Used to be.
