Great Location
My family and I stayed in Long Beach as we had booked events in LA, along with Anaheim. This location was great as it was halfway between. Also, the area has lots of shopping, close to the pier and beach (walking distance).My boys are older so while the unit only has 2 queen beds, there are a couple of blow up mattresses that can fit in the second room.The hot tub and gym are amazing and not busy. The parking stall is a nice option and the condo has electric plugin options.Taylor is responsive to questions prior to and throughout the stay.several evets in Los Angeles

Room was as advertised
We met with Taylor to guide us into the parking which was easy. The apartment was just as nice as the pictures show. Would definitely rent this place again in the future, no complaints or anything here. Taylor was very helpful and was very communicative 10/10

Amazong spot so close to convention center and coffee
Very beautiful spot and super clean. Way closer to the convention center than I thought as you can go out the back door. There is also a Starbucks right there. Only issue was having to pay $75 for a second key fob.

Not Luxury...
Apartment dwelling. By know means high end. Moderate at best. While apartment itself was adequately clean, hallways smell of dog urine. Parking garage was trashy. Check in process was cumbersome. No TV's in bedrooms. Coffee maker did not work. Just a bed and night stand in bedrooms. No other furniture or dresser to put clothes. Vagrants in the courtyard and surrounding area. This was a big miss!

great location and very clean unit- communication wasn't good and check in was not great
Overall, the property itself is great! The unit is extremely clean and the bed was super comfy- those are always my first two criteria for a great stay! However the check-in process wasn't good at all- the address listed in the VRBO listing is incorrect. Went to that address to meet and nobody there. Didn't have a phone number until 1 hour after check in when owner did call me to meet. If the communication for check in would have been good, this stay would have been 5 stars!
