Dissatisfied customer due to leaking AC.
Publié le 24 sept. 2024 sur HotelsUnfortunately, our AC was leaking from the ceiling. We are trying to get money back because they were unable to accommodate moving to another room. While waiting for them to fix it the housekeeper came and said she’d come back. Needless to say, our room never got cleaned. The trash was full from 2 days worth. The manager Nancy may be calling hotels.com.

Nice refurbished room, pretty clean and comfy. The shower sometimes had a little bit of a sewage smell to it but it was barely noticeable.
What I didn't like is that, I think it is overpriced for the area. On top of the regular rate, they charge 40 for parking and 30 "destination fee". Those 30 they say you can use for food on the premises but still, what if I don't want to eat there at all. Or if I do, then I have to use 30 dollars on overpriced products from the store? The staff didn't care to tell me this when I checked in so that's why I give it just 2 out of 5 star on the staff area. I just realized I "lost" $120 when I checked out and got the receipt.

Hotel room was nice and the hotel dacikities were good. However there was limited dining ootions in the area.

Check in staff was wonderful. Hotel was in great location where we could walk to what we wanted to see

Rather disappointed. Initially given room that wasn’t in service. Nothing in it worked and it wasn’t ready for guests. The next room we were given was nice but a floor above the pool and music played until after midnight and then started before 8 am which made it very difficult to sleep. Also when I went to check out, it there was only one person at the desk and after 10 minutes of waiting for her to get off the phone, I finally had to just walk away. Considering I was standing in front of her, she could have put the person on the phone on hold for the 30 seconds it would take for me to say the room I was checking out of.
