Enjoy the breathtaking curb appeal of this stunning two-story Mediterranean-style villa nestled in the prime area of Woodland Hills!
It is located approximately 20 miles from Malibu Beach, 15 miles from Hollywood and Universal Studio and about 9 mins to Top of Topanga Overlook. You can also shop and dine at large malls including the Westfield Topanga & The Village and The Commons at Calabasas.

Conveniently located just minutes from several supermarkets, stores, restaurants, bars, and parks!

The Space:
Welcome to our beautiful and spacious two-story Mediterranean house located in the prime area of Woodland Hills.

Our pet-friendly villa boasts a wide range of amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Enjoy a game of billiards with friends and family or tickle the ivories on the piano. Relax in the hot tub or hammock, or take a dip in the sparkling pool. For movie nights, we have a projector available for your entertainment. We also offer a dedicated workplace and high-speed WiFi with an internet speed of 100 Mbps, perfect for those who need to stay connected during their stay.

Our living room is furnished with a comfortable couch, a 65-inch Smart TV, and a Big Bar Area for entertaining guests. We also provide a washer and dryer in the kitchen area.

The main floor boasts a spacious master bedroom with a king-sized bed.

Upstairs, you'll find a second master bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a third large bedroom with another queen-sized bed, a fourth small bedroom with a large twin bed, and a fifth large bedroom with two twin-sized beds.

We provide a parking permit for two street parking spaces.

*Note: The person making the reservation must be 25 years old or older.

*There is 1 security camera facing the poolside and jacuzzi, 1 in the front yard, and 1 ring camera at the front door. No camera inside the house.

*Jacuzzi heating is optional and guests need to pay an additional $40/day.

*PLEASE NOTE: We have No fence around the pool so it’s imperative you supervise children the entire time.

*Please make sure to return the permits when you checking out, otherwise a $150 penalty fee per permit will be charged/incurred.

*Pets allowed. Maximum of 2 small pets, weighing up to less than 20 lbs each. No pets on furniture pls. Note: A $150 non-refundable pet fee will be collected for guests who will bring pets. Your pets are welcome to stay with you inside and out. Pet owners are asked to keep after their pet's waste and clean up messes in and out. Thanks!

Highly Recommend
We were in town celebrating our son's graduation from UCLA. The property was well maintained and great for entertaining. The host provided detailed check-in instructions as well as instructions on how to use amenities in the home. The property is close to shopping centers and grocery stores. We plan on staying again soon.

wonderful stay in woodland hills
The villa was amazing. A beautiful lay out inside and out. The communication with the owner was wonderful. We were given ideas for eating out and many grocery stores nearby. One complaint was the kitchen was not well stocked. There were plenty of dishes and glass wear. But no measuring cup, wire or plastic racks, tumblers for outside by the pool. . And other kitchen items. I had to buy plastic glasses. There were also no hand towels, but plenty of towels in general. There were no bath tub plugs. These are small things but would make the place better. I would totally come back and would recommend it to other people. There was a pool table and it was so nice to have a washer and dryer.

Nice location would stay again!
We had a very enjoyable time and would stay there again if we needed a location in downtown Woodland Hills/LA area.The owner/manager kept contact via texting. Comfortably the five bedrooms sleeps up to 9 adults in beds, one bedroom has 2 twins another 1 twin. Three full bathrooms and one additional toilet room on the first floor was EXTREMELY helpful. Almost as if we each had separate hotel rooms but in a much cozier environment. We brought in our own pac n play.The jacuzzi has an added daily fee, we didn't choose to utilize so the fee was not added. The gardener unfortunately blew the leaves into the non heated pool which for April we were not planning to swim in anyway. Trader Joe's is conveniently within walking distance along with restaurants and Ventura Avenue for meals and essentials to go along with provided tea and coffee options. Location is prime. Host provides two parking passes. Beds were very comfortable, home was tidy and clean, washer and dryer, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, hot water electric kettle. Cabinets stocked with mugs, plates and silverware. Convenient to both Burbank and Lax, freeways, one slight block off Ventura Avenue. As in any new place be aware of steps and uneven surfaces in back yard and down into the game room. Thanks Kamran for opening your Villa as an VRBO.
