Posted Jul. 23, 2024 on HotelsCleaning staff stole $20 from my bag when my family and I weren’t in the room! We talked to management and they did nothing about it, do not stay here, horrible experience.

There were gnats and mosquitos in the room. When I killed one, there were more. Where were they coming from? Staff was nice. And I know they tried, but glad it was just one night.

The property is secure and well-maintained, with a friendly and accommodating staff. While the immediate vicinity of the hotel may not be the most desirable, its proximity to downtown Los Angeles makes it convenient for those traveling by car. Overall, I would rate my experience as an 8 out of 10.
