Beautiful home!

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The property and home are beautiful and the hosts were helpful as well. It was awesome to sit out on the porch in the morning and look at the ocean!

This property is over priced for what it was. It was not clean. We, as in my child, found a roach (joint) in the living room, dust everywhere, shades on the sliding door were half broken and didn’t close all the way, the screen slider fell off the track many times. I asked for early check-in they finally said 1:30, we got there and just dropped our bags off at 1255, and it was not ready until after 2pm… so I paid the full price for early check in but they did not meet it on their end. The guy that we had been contacting for this property was rude and said we usually meet people in the garage to show them where to go, but he was busy. It was gawd aweful to figure out. After getting lost trying to leave we had to have him meet us to get to the street, then he lectured us again that’s why they Meet people to show them where to go… not my problem… theirs. Then come to find out, via a sign next to an entrance, they are not supposed to rent out the apartments. It said washer and dryer. Dryer was broken, after 14 hours of having a full load of wet laundry and the person not responding… I had to rewash it and take it down the road to dry it. Eventually the person responded said they would have maintenance come and no one came for the remaining 4 days. They had a ring doorbell outside the door so they could tell when we were coming and going. Idk if they entered the place while we were gone but it made us very uncomfortable. They didn’t have towels.

I loved how quiet the area was, very lovely neighbors. The view from the master bedroom and living room was amazing. As a first time California visitor I was thoroughly pleased with my stay.

Overpriced for what you’re getting.

Beds comfortable, manager responsive and very nice. Good location. However, poorly equipped kitchen, etc. Unit is old, door off hinge scraped and made loud noise every time door opened, a bit too strong air freshener smell. Loud air conditioner.

Perfect Getaway!

This place was exactly what I needed it to be. I had a wonderful time staying here and Enjoyed exploring this area on foot. Liv Was extremely responsive and helpful. It can be a bit tricky to navigate at first but once you get the lay of the land it is fine. Tip: If you have a lot of luggage to bring in or have a guest with mobility issues you can pull your car up closer to the second elevator to unload-
