Chambre simple voire un peu trop pour le prix. Le frigo ne fonctionnait pas et le matelas était tres mou. Donc moyen.

There were two Sheriff cars at the property, and the place generally looked run down. We didn’t stay after check in, forfeiting the amount we paid for a safer property a few miles away.

I got an email saying that check-in was at 3:00 p.m. and when I got there I was told that they changed it till 4:00 p.m. and then my room was not ready until 4:30 p.m. and requested a downstairs with wheelchair access and they gave me upstairs and said that that was all they had. So pretty disappointed this time stayed there before you can hear a lot of traffic from the highway but at least the air conditioner worked and the pool was open this time! I just wish that I was not told that check-in was at 3:00 when I could not check until 4:30 it was a little aggravating to say the least.... There was also writing on the bathroom doors which kind of was a little bit weird but for a cheap stay and able to bring your dogs I guess it's a wash

Smoking room

I was asking for non smoking room but was given a smoking room. When I asked the lobby for a change even with increase rate, he was evasive to help but recommended to call up hotels.com instead and make another reservation.

I strongly advise against staying at this facility. Upon arrival, we were immediately met with unpleasant conditions. There was dog waste in the grass, and DoorDash reported that our food was stolen from the front door, indicating a lack of security. The state of the room was unacceptable. The carpets appeared to have water damage, were visibly filthy, and emitted a strong odor of mold and cigarette smoke. Walking on the carpet after getting out of the shower was particularly disturbing, as it felt sticky underfoot. It didn’t even look like the place had been cleaned at all. We were so concerned about cleanliness that we had to request fresh linens from the front desk just to double wrap our pillows, as we felt uncomfortable using the provided bedding. There are many other accommodations in the area that are similarly priced and offer much higher standards. I highly recommend looking elsewhere. This place does not meet even basic expectations.
