Hôtel mediocre au vue du prix payé. Dessus de lit brûlés avec des cigarettes, également traces de fonds de teint sur la couette. Forte odeur de tabac froid malgré un hotel non fumeur. Dans la salle de bains brulure de cigarettes sur baignoire et wc, peinture couches sur couches un vrai cache misère. Ameublement fortement détérioré ainsi que les serviettes de toilettes hors d usage. Systeme de clim/ chauffage très bruyant alors qu il était éteint, chambre très mal insonorisée le voisin de chambre a prix une douche a 2h du mat on a eu l'impression qu il etait dans notre chambre. Aucun petit déjeuner alors qu il était bien stipulé lors de la réservation. Extremement déçus compte tenu des 128€ payés, une belle arnaque

The room was not clean, the parking was terrible we asked for shampoo twice because it was empty, we finally just went and bought some. Will never stay there again!

The lock on my door didnt work. I let staff know and they said to push the chair in front of the door and they would fix it the next day and they never did. The housekeeping crew never stopped by the room to take out trash or offer me clean towels. There was also a creepy man who was hiding around the corner of my room and would jump out when i came out of my room and scare me. They did call the police to remove him but i did feel very unsafe.

The hotel service was amazing. But unfortunately someone broke into my bf car and stole some expensive automotive equipment. They have cameras there but not in the part of the parking lot where we were parked. They call the police there all the time on the individual but they never arrest them. No sense in filing a police report. But the hotel staff and manager were very helpful and understanding about our late check out trying to get to the bottom of things.

Muy desepcionado del personal no son nada amables te dan cuartos segun de no fumadores y holiendo a pura marihuana el hotel yo con mis cosas en mi carro y unas personas de la calle hay en el estacionamiento

During our stay one of the two days there was a problem with the water supply (no water for well over 14 hours) this was a schedule event, the front desk checked us in but failed to mention this minor detail. we paid cash including $100 deposit, we have to argue with the front desk clerk to get the deposit back, unacceptable.

This hotel is probably for the locals to commit crimes. You could hear the caos at night and people knocking and trying to enter the room where I had my daughter. The room was extremely dirty and disgusting. There was old beer behind a couch, floors are full of stains and restroom looks like it’s something out of a scary movie. Curtains don’t close completely and there is weird holes in the walls and ceilings, Please avoid at all costs. I didn’t have a house but to stay there.
