Why do you need extra toilet paper ?

My trip was ruined by rude staff and trying to do this trip through the affirm app. Staff were inconsiderate, abrupt, and frankly rude. I certainly did not feel like a guest. My favorite was when my girlfriend called down and asked for some more toilet paper and a few more towels. They asked why? She had to explain to them about her period. I never write bad reviews, and always give people the benefit of the doubt but this was beyond the pale Marriot in Chatsworth

Lights in the room

Everything was excellent, except that we needed the help from the front office. The front area was understaffed, and the attendant couldn't go and check the lights that were not turning on in our room. We finally figured out and solved the issue with the lights.
