The Filipino staff from the desk was very accomodating when we ask 1 more night stay due to our cancelled flight. He personally delivered our room key. Kuddos to him.( im sorry i forgot his name, he’s from Guam)

El hotel es muy bonito, limpio, moderno, cómodo, la habitación de buen tamaño, los colchones y las almohadas geniales, el personal muy amable en todos los turnos, lo único malo (y a la vez es lo bueno irónicamente) es que está lejos de cualquier atracción turística en la Zona Metropolitana de LA, ésto lo vuelve un hotel más barato que fue la razón por lo cual lo escogimos ya que los hoteles en LA para donde veas son mínimo el doble de precio por noche. Algo por lo que no estoy de acuerdo? es cobrar por el estacionamiento libre (sin valet parking) para un huésped del hotel.

Location perfect but noise issue
Publié le 6 oct. 2024 sur HotelsLocation was excellent. There were fine restaurants and a shopping mall nearby. However, the noise and talking went straight through the wall. I couldn't sleep well because people next door were playing games and talking even over 1 a.m.
