A great place for a conference
Publié le 7 oct. 2024 sur HotelsMy best find was the microwave in the room. Yeah! I never found the ice machine but they f8lled my glass in the restaurant. A suggestion would be to have the ice machine marked on the floir map.

Never again with HOTELS.com
Publié le 7 oct. 2024 sur HotelsIt sucked. I booked a room with a king size bed but when I checked in I was given a room with two queens. When I notified front desk they said they didn’t have any rooms with king size beds available and HOTELS.com shouldn’t have confirmed the reservation knowing this information. This was supposed to be a romantic night for our wedding anniversary but turned into sleeping in separate beds because a lack of customer service.
Also, the breakfast in the restaurant is gross and valet takes breaks without letting any staff know while leaving guests wondering how to get their car.

They. Charge extra for parking which I was left with the impression by expedia was included when I made the reservation. But then the property had so many other events it made finding a nearby parking place impossible.Had to use valet parking with another extra charge. EXPEDIA be more upfront!
