Food was really good restaurant / Ordered Mac and cheese never got them / everything else was good First day check in they did hold of 1,000 dollars the front desk guy told me it was going to be only 200 , I realized it next day , I was so upset I called the front desk operator the lady who answered was so helpful/ front desk had told her that there was a system error going on / I’m upset i never got informed about I had to call/ the AC in the room randomly it went really cold several times , we got cold and turned on the heater/ minutes later fire detector alarm went on when we were sleeping/ called front desk to inform them about the situation/ yes engineering and security came/ rest of the night temperature was not comfortable at all

The room was unkept and sticky. The shower gel was not refilled. We had to constantly ask for water for the room. The shower was dirty and the water did not drain sufficiently. Most of the staff was good but. Some were unprofessional. Having to be forced to pay for a destination fee after paying for a room through Expedia was extremely unpleasant. Being a Marriot member and being able to apply those points to valet parking was useless.

Perfect stay near shopping, dinning, and entertain
Friendly staff. Easy checkin check out. The room was clean, bed super comfortable. Walkable distance to shopping and dinning, and entertainment like going to concerts or sports in downtown or Dodgers Stadium. The parking was on site and covered. Great plus on this area.
