Check in was routine. However once I found out I was on the first floor I asked if there was anything on a higher floor available because I know that I have very sensitive hearing that is impactful to me. I was told by the person checking me in, that there was no other option but since I was by the courtyard it would be quiet. And the associate didn’t even ask why I may need a different room. So I was subjected to a dusty smelly room near the exit doors on the busy side of the hall. It was not quiet. I didn’t feel safe in my room.

Great hotel close to LAX
Close to LAX, which we were looking for. Reasonable prices. Had an outdoor pool (we did not use). Workout room had 6 or 7 machines, weights and a few other items. Restaurants nearby were fast food or super casual - we did not see any place with waitstaff. There is a grocery store nearby.

This hotel was okay for staying one night after arriving at LAX super late. The room was big- but dirty and the furniture and floor was stained. Could also tell that someone before us definitely had a dog in the room by the smell of dog and the dog food left on the floor. The sink drained slow and the water to a long time to heat up. I just think it was over priced for the condition of the hotel. I would not want to stay here for an extended period of time.

Strong Marijuana smell in room, had to open the sliding door to air it out. It was clean but dated, with stains on the carpet. Some people hanging out in the lobby were concerning. The coffee stand in the lobby was nice and convenient.

What? No hot water for the shower?
No hot water so myself and family had to have cold showers. There were no sheets for my daughter's sofa bed. Had to call front desk for that and were told they would have to look for a pillow as they did not have extras. They said they had to look for a "clean one". Key cards works for 2 swipes then were not working properly anymore. Over priced for what the experience was for sure!
