Stop looking. This is the one!
My wife and I stayed here for her birthday in January, and it was absolutely perfect. We live in San Francisco and had always wanted to hop over to LA for a weekend. This spot surpassed our expectations. It’s super close to the beach, in a nice neighborhood, and so walkable to a ton of cute shops and restaurants. Not to mention that Alex is a phenomenal host! Not only was communication great, they even left a thoughtful birthday treat for my wife. One of our easiest and best VRBO stays ever. 10/10, would recommend.

Venice studio
Great location and easy place to stay in Venice. Only street parking which can be somewhat difficult on street cleaning days, during the days. The bathroom definitely needs to be updated. But the walls are thin and I could hear everything from the upstairs neighbor, walking around at 530am and closing cabinets.

Perfect Honeymoon
This home was clean and beautiful. Right down the street from Venice beach and boardwalk with a vast selection of shops and restaurants with easy access to the beach. Alex was extremely friendly and gracious and helped make my wife and I’s honeymoon so special. He offered an amazing upgrade to the property and provided complimentary wine for us. 5 out of 5, 10 out of 10, all the stars- wonderful place to stay with wonderful hosts.

Great Location
Alex’s place is in a perfect spot! It’s only a few minutes from the beach, there are great restaurants and bars just down the street, shopping on Abbot Kinney is nearby, and LAX is relatively close. Alex was very kind and easy to communicate with!

This is our second time at this property. We enjoy the location close to Abbott Kinney, and to the beach. They welcome us with a bottle of wine and snacks and provided beach towels if necessary.

Perfect place for everything you need and want to enjoy,
Very nice, efficient space. Easy leisurely walk to multiple coffee shops. Numerous great restaurants very close as well. Less than 5 minute walk to Venice Beach Boardwalk. Marina del Rey is close. Santa Monica and Malibu are easy treks. Anywhere else is straightforward from the area. (Depending on your ability to adapt to LA driving.) Checking in is a breeze. TV station selection allows for good down time entertainment, if you need it. Hosts are responsive, but otherwise leave you to yourself. Once again, very laid-back situation. The Venice strip is full of variety. You want junk or high end, take your choice. More great food and drink. And if you are gluten free, the options far exceed anywhere I've been and are not hard to find. Check out Saints and Sinners bakery on Lincoln. Very short drive; 1/2-hour walk. Weather is cooler on the coast and walking is very comfortable. Bring a sweat for the morning and evenings.

the hosts let us check in accordingly to our arrival times, when we arrived the house studio was so welcoming, we loved our stay as it was clean and very cozy to stay the day in relaxing or go out and come back to a cozy environment, the wine and breakfast at our doorstep was over the top special for the holiday! highly recommend, definitely will re rent this studio when we revisit!

Nice Place but VERY loud
I booked this apartment while I was in LA for meetings over the weekend. I was excited to stay in Venice and enjoy the area. But on Friday night the neighbors upstairs above the apartment threw a party. They played loud music and there was a roar of conversation and laughter. The walls/ceiling are paper thin and I could hear every word and they kept dropping things on the floor which came through like an explosion. At 10:00 PM someone announced that it was time to make Bloody Mary’s at which point I could hear a bottle of champagne open and another person say they were making mimosas! I had early meetings on Saturday and Sunday that I needed to be rested for so I had to pack up, book a hotel and Uber off into the night. I did not return the following day because I worried that it might happen again. It is a very nice apartment in a great location. It was just unfortunate that it was so loud making it difficult to sleep.

Amazing Vacation Rental
This Studio is perfectly situated between Abbot Kinney and Venice Boulevard. The courtyard is the ideal place to sit, relax, and unwind while on vacation. The studio was immaculate when we arrived and smelled so clean and fresh. The host is super responsive. Highly recommend!!

Great Location Near Venice Beach
This property is in a great location within walking distance of the famous Venice Beach. There are several great restaurants nearby as well. I recommend going to Great White for breakfast or dinner - we did both and enjoyed the meals. Walk over to Abbot Kinney Blvd for some excellent shopping and Craft Beer Bars as well. The Venice Canals are also a nice place to walk over to from this apartment location. The walk to the beach goes through a somewhat gritty part as there's usually homeless people sitting or lying on the sidewalks, so be prepared to see that if you stay here. Overall it was a great place to stay and walk around. Alex was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions I had.

Excellent place to stay right near Venice Beach
Alex’s place is in the perfect location with venice beach being a 5 minute walk away. There is a lot to do in the area between the beach, exploring excellent restaurants, coffee shops, shopping on abbot kinney, and biking to Santa Monica. My friend and I rented a car for our stay to explore more of LA and had no problems with finding parking on the street. Alex was an excellent host with many great suggestions on what was going on in the area! I would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking to stay in the Venice Beach area. :)
