This was an excellent stay and I was impress with how friendly the staff was overall. The housekeeping services these ladies were excellent. The transport by Lexus shuttle those guys were excellent also. The checking encounter absolutely excellent. It was clear that there are some staffing challenges, but none of them were oral to my stay. Also, Yes, need to also be willing to be patient because this exist everywhere. There is always an opportunity for improvement, but we are make small errors. We hope to return next year. However, I will be sharing my experience and recommending it to my friends and associates.

Wonderful family friendly resort, ocean front, with traditional Mexican architecture. Having a villa with 2 bedrooms and full kitchen enhanced the experience for the entire family. Lots of kids activities and plenty of place to run and play.
