Beautiful property but we picked the wrong days.

The property is gorgeous and the staff was amazing. However, We arrived a few hours early Saturday in hopes of enjoying the amenities. Pools were nuts (vegas style) especially the adult pool, which wasn't expected. Crazy and with no accommodations possible. Check in was supposed to be at 4 and we couldn't get into a room until after 5. Sunday, luckily was nice and quite. But with such a late check in Saturday evening and an early 11 checkout with no accommodation for late check out, it made for a quite expensive sleep over. Property and Staff were all top notch, as I would have expected. Even though we must have just picked the wrong weekend to stay, we would definitely try again.

Worst resort experience of my life. I will NEVER be back. Don’t know if we were put on some sort of secondary list because I cashed in some of my one key rewards, but I earned those rewards staying at the finest resorts in the world. And the service we got here was insulting. Literally second class citizen treatment. We asked ahead of time for a microwave because of my daughter’s severe allergies. Room had no microwave. Took a day and half to get one (after multiple phone calls). Anything we ordered from room service took 90+ minutes (if it ever came at all, which sometimes it didn’t). And forget about getting a bell hop/checking our bags before leaving. The poor girls at the front desk were trying their best to help. There was no dedicated maitre d ever to be found. A couple of the accessible staff, god bless their hearts, admitted to be trainees and overwhelmed. The staff, as a whole, was assembled of well meaning and nice individuals, but were mostly undertrained and incapable. Restaurant reservations were lost. This stay was a nightmare from start to finish. Never, ever again. The literal hours wasted waiting for things that are normally readily available. Hours. Doubt that this will be ever be read; but if it is, know that I have made it one of my missions to dissuade anyone from ever staying here.
