Propre Pratique d’accès à Hollywood Service assez rapide Petit bémol sur le parking : 60$ par nuit j’avais pourtant compris que c’était gratuit par le voiturier Quelle surprise au Check out

Bel hôtel, bien situé pour les transports en Metro o autobus. Quelques bons restos pas trop loin. Belle chambre et bel aménagement de terrasse sur le toit.

Très bel hôtel, central dans hollywood. Très bruyant comme site. Dans fêtes ont lieu toute la nuit autour.

Room was luxurious Staff was nice but being a Hyatt member, i would've paid more per night so i didnt use the membership.When i asked if i could price match, the staff said no because my search on expedia included my minor child and Hyatt includes my child as an adult. So it was cheaper to book through the 3rd party website and I lost all those membership points.

Excellent property. Only complaint is the valet offered to charge my car overnight, but didnt. Shower pressure was strong. Room was clean and staff was welcoming.

Satisfied but not impressed.

It was a disappointment that there was no fridge or microwave. It was hard to find a trash can outside of the room. They insisted on pushing their own luggage carts so our things waited in the lobby a bit. And we had to call someone to bring it back down. It's pet friendly...but there's no place for them to do their business. The valet was very convenient. The location made getting to universal very easy.

We showed up and their software system were down, impossible to check in. Waited for 30mn and left because they were not able to give a timeframe... the manager Mary-Ann first lied saying they were able to do the check in.... Just talked to the supervisor and she admitted the check in was impossible... but still refuse to refund us! Management is extremely bad!
