A/C wasn't working, room was around 80°. No USB outlets. The wall outlet behind the bed was hanging out, no headbord, very small 32" TV

On one of the hottest weekends, they stated that due to the weather the AC would not work that great. Temperatures reached over 110 degrees. Yet the room was so hot even at night. I stayed there for 2 nights and i practically slept sitting on the floor because the AC could only face the floor. I also had an issue that there was no cold water running when it was extremely hot outside. I asked the front desk and they couldnt figure it out. After a while i was able to find the issue myself and it turned out they had the cold water valves shut off. I found old food and crumbs under the ac unit which is probably the reason why there was a cockroach (not pictured because it ran away) on the wall as well. The ice machine was not working either as well as the fridge not keeping my drinks cold enough. My suggestion is that these things need to be fixed properly before letting guests stay in the future. Never in my life have i stayed anywhere where an AC unit did not work especially when there is a heat wave and i was not able to relax or sleep comfortable. Thanks.

I really apologize if your experience did not live up to your expectations. The only thing I request is that you come to the front desk as soon as possible after checking in and if we have the availability ,we can move to different room. Other than that, the extremely hot temperature was merely unfortunate and we have no control on weather . We thank you for staying with us and apologize once more.

Basic amenities, nothing fancy. Comfortable room, nice swimming pool. Location is awesome, within walking distance of good restaurants, Portos on Magnolia, The New Deal, All About Poke, Bagel Boss, Lucifers Pizza, and little places to get coffee that aren't Starbucks Shopping at unique local stores, Dark Delicacies, The Green Man, Mindful Nest, Mystic Museum, a great Goodwill and many more Will definitely stay here again when visiting Burbank
