Hôtel confortable et personnel très gentil

La chambre très confortable avec un grand lit.
L’hôtel était calme malgré la proximité avec l’autoroute.
L’hôtel n’étant pas complet le monsieur nous a même surclassé.
Nous reviendrions avec plaisir si nous étions dans le coin.

We were coming down from NorCal to attend Formula Drift. We stayed a total of 4 nights with an accommodation for a late check in. We called the office a day prior following our delay. The front desk upgrade our bed size from a Queen to a King size bed which was amazing and we were traveling with friends they hooked us up with rooms right next to one another ! Excellent customer service from the front desk . Our room was clean and had everything you needed for a stay ! They also would clean your rooms and sheets everyday which was awesome didn’t need to call front desk for anything as the room service would leave extra everytime ! Definitely will be booking again in the future !

Comfy room, great staff, conveniently located
Publié le 18 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThe front desk staff was wonderful. Yash moved me to a quieter room farther from the freeway when I requested it. The room itself was comfortable with a fairly new-looking bathroom. Cleanliness was overall good but the curtains and bedspread could use a refresh. The fan from the a/c sometimes had a little bit of a stale smell which would dissipate so perhaps the ducts or filters need a cleaning. I liked that I could open my window to get fresh air as needed. Overall I was very comfortable staying there. It's right around the corner from Plaza West Covina and Porto's. If you want a quiet place to study or work, the West Covina Library is very close also and looks like it has just been remodeled. It's nice and relaxing with a decent amount of tables.
