It feels really unsafe and the room was full of mold and dirty walls . Graffiti on the furniture

Looks durty, needs a lot fof arrangements in the walls, bathrooms, and ourside in the stairways and hallways areas.

This place has gone way downhill since our last visit years ago. Front staff was rude, because I tried to check in 40 minutes before the posted 2pm checkin time. They could have just nicely said, “Sorry sir, the room is still being cleaned and not quite ready yet.” Instead, they barked at me and told me to come back later because it wasn’t 2pm yet.,And then told me to bring my registered guest back with me! What? Never heard of such a demand in all my travels!!Pointed out that my other “guest” was my wife, who was attending a function all day. Note, the room was registered for 2 persons, not like I was sneaking people in. And, we are retired seniors, not scraggly teens. Our “deluxe king” room was a dump. Old furniture that was dirty and looked like Salvation Army take aways. No closet or rack to hang anything on. No luggage racks for suitcases. Flooring looked recently renovated, but thecrest of the room stank and needed attention., property was old and neglected. No interior locks on door besides the front keycard, so we prpped an ironing board against it to alert us of entry. Definitely will never stay there again!!!

The room we had was terrible – wallpaper coming off the walls holes in the walls bathtub with no drain plug because it had all rusted out. Facility was clean, but would not stay here again. Need to complete remodel.

I wish i had a microwave in my room. I only had a fridge and coffee maker. I wish there were newspapers to read.
