Emplacement : Rien à faire
Los Banos est une petite ville qui donne un impression correct à la sortie de l'autoroute, mais cet hotel est au fond de la ville, loin de toute commodité. J'ai réservé car c'était sur ma route, mais j'aurais du arrêter ailleurs. C'est pas sale comme hotel, mais c'est pas très inspirant non plus.

This is the only hotel in los banos that did not discriminate against my niece because of her financial status. I applaud them for this and would recommend everyone in this area to use this hotel instead of the other hotels in los banos. Thank you for all you did

STAY AWAY!

First off - they would not honor my Hotels.com reservation and charged me $30 more. While I wasn't expecting much, this place was the definition of a dump! Rust in the bathtub, towels were not even close to white. STAY AWAY!

I was given a room at the very back of the hotel. The room had no tissue in the restroom, no bed sheets on the bed, or linens on the bed at all. I couldn’t believe it. I was moved to another room, however that room had roaches crawling everywhere. Plus, after my experience in the first room I just didn’t feel comfortable staying at this place anymore. I will say the front desk staff were kind when I asked to check out only a hour after arriving. They also processed a refund for me. I will never stay here again though, or recommend it to anyone!

Worst experience ever, this place shouldn’t have not even 1 star. Terrible customer service plus you cannot even take a shower, because the shower doesn’t work. Stay away from this place.

The concierge was professional. But the room was very very dirty. I have photos for proof of how inexplicably dirty it was. It seemed like the room was not cleaned since previous guests stayed. Plus what was more appalling was that there were two families on either side, seemed like one split into two rooms, which were so noisy, they were driving too 1am right outside our door and it seemed scary to us. Talking loudly, smoking right outside and drinking bottles of alcohol. When I reported to concierge, he said he knows about the noisy guests but he could not help the situation. Very very unprofessional and dirty hotel. Very disappointed that I spent$60 for such a bad experience with Expedia and red roof

Al cuarto no le servía la cerradura de la puerta. Había cucarachas en el piso.
