I hope to clearly express my profound disappointment with the cleanliness standards and customer service experienced during my recent stay at your hotel.
After sleeping a long day and a multiple checkins to various rooms which were not the room types I requested, we went to sleep. I woke up and discovered a tip left for the housekeeping staff by the previous guest when I moved the pillow on the bed. This discovery was deeply unsettling, as it indicated that the sheets had not been properly cleaned or changed between guests. Finding the tip not only revealed that the sheets had not been changed but also made me question the overall cleanliness practices followed in your hotel.
I brought this issue to the attention of the front desk, requesting that a manager address the situation. Unfortunately, I never heard from the manager. I lovely lady named Wendy helped me, but no manager ever followed up or offered any apology. . This lack of follow-up has only added to my dissatisfaction with the overall service provided.
Given the importance of hygiene and guest satisfaction, I believe it is crucial for you to address both the cleanliness issue and the failure in communication. Please note, my three children stayed next door and complained their sheets smelled awful. Wendy also had their room changed.
I have waited two weeks but no one has called from your hotel.
