I go to Cabo every year with a group of friends. We try to change up the properties we stay at each time. This one was by far the worst out of all that I have tried. Some of the staff were super friendly others were absolutely not, including cussing an elderly man because they had 10 in their party. Restaurants took forever, 3 hours to get food & the check that must be signed even all inclusive. We missed the show several times for slow service.
Not nearly enough pool chairs for the amount of people at the resort and people were getting there as early as 530 in order to claim a seat. While swimming in the pool on multiple occasions I had people trying to move stuff off the chair to claim it and felt like I couldn’t really swim because I had to guard my stuff.
The buffet was lacking and I found it easier to just have room service for breakfast. The lines to get in anywhere were ridiculous and spent a large majority of my time waiting for almost anything.
Offer free paddle boards, kayaks etc but they are at the neighboring resorts and multiple employees said to not bother trying as you will never get anything.
The rooms were typical resort rooms but extensive mold on the walls and on the shower walls.
Also beware this is a time share property so upon checking in they are going to try and hook you into their talk. Some of the group decided to check it out and lost 5.5 hours of their day to the talk.
