I would come again! The palace was right on the beach and not a crowded as the Santa Fe. I had to ask for a extension cord since we had 2 cpap machines for bedside.

Staff was great in the dining areas. Pool side drink service was good and non existent at times. Alexus was so helpful and friendly along with Ruih ( incorrect spelling) he worked in the Italian place most days. The Italian dining was my very place to eat.

Absolutely fantastic location, our view was spectacular of the arch and rock outcroppings. Food was so so but certainly edible. Overall, a great experience.

All staff encountered were very friendly and professional. The ocean views from some of the resort restaurants were amazing. The dinner buffet were some of the best food we had while staying at this resort. Lastly, I was very satisfied with the cleanliness of the room and the overall appearance of the resort. We will be back in the near future.

Although the decor is a bit dated and it is showing some wear, the staff do an excellent job of keeping it clean! The employees were always smiling and courteous and helpful. I can see how they take pride in what they do, which is amazing considering the size of the property and the number of employees it takes to manage and maintain not only the grounds, but the food service, bar areas and entertainment. Everyone was kind and helpful. We loved our stay there and will stay there next time we are in Cabo.

We loved everything about this resort. No complaints. We were asked if we wanted the quiet side or the “fun” louder side and were thankful they asked and that we were in the quiet side. Amazing staff, food, SO clean! This is the first time I was able to eat in Mexico without worry of getting sick. Very happy with our stay!!!

RIU Palace was such a great experience!! The property is beautiful and well maintained. The pools and bars are plentiful. The staff was always polite and fun! The food was good and primarily buffet focused. I am not a huge fan of buffets, but hard not to be with so many options at every meal. The restaurants were easy for us to get seats a couple of nights to switch meals up. This was a girls trip and we had an absolutely amazing time! We are looking at coming back with our families to the same location. Would definitely recommend!!

Great staff, very helpful. Mostly very clean, but our fridge was empty and didn’t get refilled at all. My wife and her mom got bitten by some bugs in their bed, don’t know what they were. Food choices are good, but not a great quality. Drinks are terrible, mostly colorful sugary ice.

The waitstaff are amazing! My only problem was that our room was on the noisy side, the music was extremely loud until late in the evening. I have stayed there two other times and was on the quiet side, such a difference. It was difficult to figure out the $630 resort credit but it turns out they are discount coupons to use during your stay.
