Extremely dissatisfied with this pseudo hotel, dirty, no breakfast even though I specifically asked for a hotel with breakfast. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to even my worst enemy.

Your Booking was at a Budget motel not a Hotel which there is a difference which plainly states there is a Continental breakfast provided on the reservation and the desk clerk when checking in, Answered that exact question for you that you ask him, So there is a breakfast, Maybe not to your liking so your statement is false and misleading and this budget motel is not a scam its all in plain black and white on the reservation as far as dirty good enough for you to stay at all night without calling the office to make a complaint only after you did not like a Continental breakfast most likely looking for a Hot breakfast for a budget motel price.

A one star review on the motel when you never stayed here you booked on line through Expedia as a prepaid reservation and Expedia totally messed up the reservation charging your CC card and then giving the motel no virtual CC information in order to check you in nothing, Expedia is the one your problem is with not the motel you did not book the reservation with America's Best Value Inn and without any prepaid CC info could not check you in and then Expedia did want to straightening out there mess that they created wanting the motel to make all these calls to there different divisions which was do to there mistakes this motel was not the bad guys Expedia is who your one star review is for you never stayed here all this motel got was a bad review and bad attitudes this is a Frivolous review.

No light over sink area, bed was super hard.

MITES

There were mites crawling on one of the beds, had to share a bed with my son.

Dust Mites are invisible the the naked eye, also looks like a call to the front office if this was the case would have been the way to resolve and help solve this complaint.

Not bad for the price. It is outdated. Housekeeping tookk our towels and twice forget to leave clean ones. The front desk was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience although the second time it took 2 hours to get some towels. Check in was easy, but they do require a deposit for the room key.

Rick was polite at the desk and called my room after I checked in. Quiet, safe and affordable one night stay on a road trip.

The outdoor cats were cool and possibly the red stains on the walls and floor. Place was falling apart. My room had trash hidden under the mattress.

Not sure how to read this review, the room was inspected and no red stains on walls or carpet were found also no trash under the Mattress and as far as falling apart were still here doing business, have people in that same room for 4 days now and no complaints also you stayed for two nights without a complaint to the front office or to housekeeping.
