Stay in Tellico Village
Publié le 6 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a nice stay. Condo a little dated with some things not working but overall very clean and spacious. Communication with owner was very good. You need a car to get around.

Thank you for your business, Tom! We’re so sorry the brand new Samsung TV remote was difficult to understand. Glad you were able to get it to work. We remodeled our townhome in 2017 including all new appliances and luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. We have no carpeting.

Tellico Village Townhouse
Publié le 24 août 2024 sur HomeAwayVery comfortable and clean. Parking and access are easy. House is well supplied. Rooms are large and air conditioner and washer dryer work perfectly. Nice Stay. Will do it again on next visit.

We are hoping you were able to turn the thermostat down to a comfortable sleeping temperature. We always set the thermostat at 73° when it’s in the 90s outside to start but our Guests can change that once they arrive. Publié le 12 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayIt was a great 2 month stay! Our host was great in responding quickly to all our questions prior to our stay to helping get our pc’s connected to shoveling the walk during the rare snowfall during our stay. We will certainly be back!

Great Stay!
Publié le 10 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayIn town for our wedding, and couldn’t have been happier with this stay. Very close to the venue, and this unit has been updated to feature modern amenities - others in the same neighborhood were not, as my family stayed there. Very clean, and very easy process.
