Good location

Self-check in was problematic although a member of staff was on hand to help. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Service was good in the bar and restaurant. The spa was nice, but very busy.

Great stay!

Really lovely stay, room was perfectly clean when we checked in. Staff on reception are lovely and friendly. Highly recommend staying here, it exceeds our expectations for sure

Nice hotel. Unexpected location, right in the middle of the University Campus. Not easy to find once you are on site, signalling could be improved. Nice bar, nice restaurant, and friendly staff.

Stayed here twice before. Nice hotel with parking included and easy self check in. Unfortunately room was boiling on arrival. No climate control so had to turn off radiator, open window & use room fan. Also there was long hair strands found around the bedroom & on the bed also on bathroom floor, which were definitely not ours and it is not very nice to see as proves room was not cleaned properly. Wasn’t asked when leaving if everything wa okay with my stay

For anyone who has stayed at the Burley before, you will be surprised at the high quality of the upgrade and renovation of the public areas and rooms. Very nicely done, especially the new dining room (that is also used for the excellent breakfast). Only quibble that I would have is that whoever designed the new showers placed the shelf in in silliest place — immediately under the shower head where therefore water drips and splashes continually whilst showering and making it impossible to place soap or other cleaning products on the shelf.

Good meet and greet, guidance from staff on automated registration. Room was very clean, comfotable bed, very clean linen. Bathroom good size and clean. We booked in house restaurant, great decor and seating. Food was well cooked, presented and good tastes. Spa facilities included, pool sauna, steam room. Overall we felt tge whole event was relaxing and great value. Will use again
