This place couldn't find out reservation for over an hour waiting with little children. Couldn't even offer any kind of compromise.

Very clean inside and out. Easy Check-in with courteous staff. The breakfast was pretty good as well. I would recommend it to others.

I’ve stayed there for about the last four weeks. Rooms were clean staff was friendly. I guess the only complaint I really had in every room that I was in the sink always stopped up. Unusual for the sink to be stopped up in every room. but other than that It was good.

Always Stay Here When In East KY
Publié le 21 août 2024 sur HotelsI stay her often when working in east KY, always happy with the stay. Two new front desk staff lastnight, Kendra and a "rookie" she was training, then a third that was working the overnight shift. All three were great personalities!

Only place I stay in Louisa!
