DO NOT STAY HERE! Infested with mold
Publié le 5 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThis hotel is absolutely disgusting. It has been flooded and left to rot. The tile has water under it that seeps up when stepped on. The bathroom was FULL of rot and mold. Multiple insects in the room and the mattresses were stained and GROSS with no encasements. There was glue on the toilet seat. NO BREAKFAST at all. It was absolutely disgusting. DO NOT STAY HERE! The mold is EVERYWHERE and the smell is unbearable!

There was too much humidity in the room. Really bad smell and broken walls, power outlets and bathtub.

Did not get a moments sleep the first night. Loud people in the hall and outside the room! Will be asking for a refund or voucher for the 1night

This was a joke. It was filthy. Coffee machine in room was empty with nothing to put in it when I asked the boy at the desk said sorry. The coffee machine in the lobby and the breakfast in the lobby nonexistent, asked for the desk and they said Everything was broken no apology. Room was filthy and we spent the entire night listening to the people next-door screaming as loud as they could while having sex. Went to the manager at about 2 o’clock in the morning asked to have our room changed he said sorry too late. I stay at days in all the time that won’t happen anymore. This was an awful awful experience.
