Cozy and Comfortable

Thanks so much for allowing us to stay. I travel to town once a month to see my family and this was perfect for us. The location was perfect and central to everything that was needed. I plan to book again real soon.

making money with little effort

the window blinds, had been misfit to the windows and most had broken slates. an over abundance of Alexa devices. a law suit in the future for the sidewalk steps up to the door. never got the keypad to unlock the front door but the code may have been wrong since the wifi password was wrong in that same email, good thing the notebook binder on the table had the correct password. the bidets are unnecessary, don't think that is what people are expecting in this property. "2 vehicles can be parked on the street" but only if they are compact vehicles otherwise park down the street. the location is everything!!!

After reading your feedback, we followed up with the homeowner, who wanted to share the following:– Window blinds are scheduled for replacement soon to improve both function and appearance, though these updates can take some time.– We’re removing the Alexa devices, which were previously provided for music, timers, and other guest conveniences.– There's a railing along the sidewalk leading up to the door, and we’ve confirmed that it’s in good condition, as guest safety is a top priority for us.– For peace of mind, the entry code and lockbox code have been double-checked, and we’ve confirmed they’re accurate and functioning properly. If we’d been alerted during your stay, we would have been happy to assist in real-time.– We recently updated the WiFi password and have revised our pre-stay information to ensure future guests receive the correct details.– The bidets are available as an optional amenity and don’t have to be used. We’ve received positive feedback from past guests, but it’s entirely up to each guest’s preference.– While street parking can sometimes be tight for larger vehicles, reaching out would have allowed us the opportunity to direct you to additional parking options nearby.Thank you again for your feedback on these details, and we’re glad you enjoyed the location. We’re confident these updates will help future guests enjoy an even smoother stay.

Kentucky Derby Stay

The location was perfect for a Derby weekend, walkable distance for us. Amenities were nice, lovely charcueterie boards to greet us with wine and sparkling grape juice.

Louisville stat

The property was perfect for our needs. We had an event to attend and this was within 5-10 minutes of the event. The only concerns were that the dishes were not all clean and the back door was open upon our arrival. So we were a bit concerned about safety upon our arrival but after checking it out and locking the doors and windows we felt fine.
