It was good overall but the room smelled moldy, the area was not the best, but the staff were helpful and friendly

Older hotel rooms need updating

Decent but not great.

The hotel was average. We stayed for 4 nights for a festival trip. On night 3, the AC broke. The were able to provide a dan for us but the AC never got fixed. The breakfast has waffles and cereal, but no protein. 2 floors, but no elevator, only stairs. Decent, but not great.

While we were glad to provide an alternative room, we understand that the issue not being fully resolved affected your comfort. We are addressing this with our maintenance team to prevent such occurrences in the future. Regarding the breakfast offerings, we value your input and are exploring ways to diversify the menu, including more protein options, to better accommodate a variety of preferences. Lastly, we understand that the lack of an elevator can be a challenge for some guests, and while our property layout is as it is, we will take your feedback into account as we continuously strive to improve our services. Bathrooms were covered in orange and black mold . Bugs crawling everywhere including bed bugs in one of our rooms and when we requested a new room the ac didn’t work in said room . No compensation.

The property is super convenient to get in and out of downtown Louisville. Its unfortunate that the hotel is in such a dingy state. The front desk staff could be nicer as well. I know the times are set for breakfast but wasnt expecting to get yelled at for getting hot water. If they had wanted to turn off a machine or move something I would have gladly moved aside.
