Great stay!
Posted May 19, 2024 on HomeAwayWe stayed here 2 nights for PGA Championships. Everything was great. Host very prompt with communication. House was clean. King bedroom was comfortable. Nice linens. We would definitely stay again.

Girls trip
Posted Apr. 25, 2024 on HomeAwayThe house itself was nicely remodled, nice tile work and modern baths. There were lots of ants in the kitchen and food left in fridge and freezer. Limited toilet paper and no soap. The street was on the industrial side of a very active railroad track with trains running 4-5/night with loud horns. Noisy busness on 1 side and boarded up house on the other side. Not to mention large amount of chickens including a rooster out back just behind the fence that the owners come and tend to.

Sorry that you were unhappy, someone has spilled a sugary drink on counter and that’s what i cleaned up. Toilet paper, and paper towels, all in the cabinet Andrew Island kitchen soap was in vanity in the bathroom. as the ad access trackside in trains to run by I have no control of their schedule. if you were unhappy with the area, I would’ve have been glad to refund you and you could’ve have left. it is active mini Farm with chickens and a big garden area behind the privacy fence that all guest to go to see the chickens and feed them. Never once did you call me or text me about the ants or your concern I am a very responsive host as you can read in my reviews above. I always stop and talk to people and ask him if there’s anything I could do to help or anything they need never once did you respond to it?. It’s a great area. Yes there is trains other than that. Nice quiet area to sit on the back porch. I have a conversation .

Beautiful home
Posted Mar. 27, 2024 on HomeAwayThis was a beautiful farm home with plenty of space. The owner was extremely accommodating and friendly. The house is situated right next to a train track, so if you're a light sleeper this isn't the place for you. We didn't mind the train, though so it didn't affect our stay at all!

Cute pink house nicely renovated inside.
Posted Jul. 19, 2023 on HomeAwayHouse is great. 3 bedrooms 2 baths on main floor very nicely decorated. Little loft very tight and hot. In an industrial area across from railroad tracks. Lots of trains all day and night. And chickens with 2 roosters who often crow.

Sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay, but storms that came through delayed train traffic and we don’t usually get that much traffic at night. Sorry also you didn’t enjoy hearing farm sounds. First one ever to complain about.

Little slice of country
Posted Jun. 18, 2023 on HomeAwayThis house was super cute a little gem in the middle of an industrial area across from a working railroad (17) over the weekend lol. It was charming to us but it might be a deal breaker for others. The house is so cute and well stocked like really well stocked and plenty of hot water for our family of 10. The house backs to a creek and has chickens that could be let into the yard or not which we all enjoyed from the large covered back deck. The hosts were just great and very responsive. We were there for a wedding and it was perfect location to downtown. Definitely recommend
