la salle de bain est séparée de l'évier et miroir pour que ce soit plus accessible aux couples ou familles. Microondes et frigidaire inclus, près des restaurants et magasins. très bons déjeuners inclus dans le prix de la chambre

No room service over multiple days ... requested service at front desk, still no room cleaning. Manager would not come out of office to speak about issue. Same issue in July 2024

I requested room service at the front desk... room was never cleaned over 3 days. Manager was too busy on the phone to speak to me. I requested compensation for the neglect and was not called back as told from the front desk attendant. This is the second time as July 7 2024 the same issue. Will not stay here again.

Our overhead light did not work in our room. The room was very dirty and there was a questionable substance on the wall. The room did not smell clean or look clean at all. Did not end up even staying the night at this hotel.

We have stayed here for the Louder than Life festival for the last 3 years now. It's a nice place not far from Louisville and conveniently located just off the interstate.
