Staff was very nice and helpful. Property was ok, could use some updates. A surprise was free dinner on Friday evening. Breakfast was ok, typical buffet style breakfast. Area was kept clean and fresh food kept coming out. Would recommend for a night or two.

The remote control was not working at all, the shower faucet was leaking out while you use the shower and water run it out of the tub into the floor.

We felt very unsafe due to the people that were placed next to us - tried to get in our adjoining room, they were smoking, they were up allllllll night with phone and beeper ringers going off and talking and multiple people in and out of the room all night long from 10 PM til 6:30 AM when we just decided to get up and leave to go sleep a few hours in the car so we could get some sort of rest. Actual sleep was under 1 hour, even though I called down to the front desk multiple times to get the issue resolved. The noise, calls and door slamming never stopped. I was told upon check out there was nothing that could be done to compensate us (myself, husband and young son) all b/c I never asked to be moved! So, I guess I should have conformed my sleeping schedule to the other guests "working" schedule or I uproot my whole family in the middle of the night to be moved. I will NEVER stay at a Best Western again! The staff were nice but did nothing to resolve a terrible nights stay. Worst nights stay we have EVER had in a hotel!

We’ve stayed twice now attending NAILE. Rooms need updated. Breakfast pitiful & price too high for amenities. Will choose differently this year.
