My New Year’s Eve stay.
The hotel was a nice place to relax for a day on New Year’s Eve. My room was quiet and relaxing. I would love for them to have a place for your soap and shampoo in the bathtub. The breakfast could have been a little better. The juice machine didn’t work. I would love to stay here again.

Fitness center is a joke. The weight equipment isn't attached to the weights, the leg bar fell off when i touched it. Treadmill went .5mph and button was missing so you couldn't increase speed. No fan in there either. Pool was closed for maintenance. Luckily a Planet Fitness up the street.

They wouldn't even allow us to check in because the company's office manager accidently put Robert instead of Ryan. She tried over 20 times to call the front desk to get it fixed but nobody would answer the phones. We reached out to hotels.com and they tried to call and get it fixed. Finally we had to leave to get another room at a different hotel.

We picked this room because it had a pool. Only to find out the pool was out of commission. Yet that was never noted prior to arrival. Our first room had a broken bed and poorly cleaned bathroom. Pillows are old and folded. During our second night, the ceiling was dripping and drywall coming down. The staff was hesitant to move us. Once moved, the room was smelly. Another broken bed. The door security bracket broken. Turned on the fan and went to sleep. We had kids it was the middle of the night. We planned to leave first thing in the morning. . Later I found reviews that shared room 310 had terrible smells months ago. I was woke up at 540 by terrible sewer smells. AWFUL!! We told the staff at 730 am. They were annoyed with us. Said they would have moved us again. Yet over night we were told it was the only room available. Two staff members banged on the door multiple times impatiently when asked to wait a moment for an adult to open the door. They gave excuses as the smell was the carpet from past guests and they wouldn’t wash it while we were present. Another annoying thing was the front doors were to be locked between 11p-6a. Only way to open was with room keys. But when you arrive after 11 someone must let you in. They have only one person at the desk who disappears for a while at a time. Breakfast and coffee were the only decent things. A $100 deposit was charged for each room to my card. A discount was offered to us. But I have to do all the lag work myself.
