We stayed for one night on our way through town, checked in late and the room smelled like a dirty ashtray, hand towel was left in room on towel rack with other “clean” towel and had makeup on it, peep hole was covered with a dirty bandaid left hanging on door. I have pictures if needed. I did let front desk staff know upon checkout, so hopefully they took care of everything before the next person checked in.

The staff was very friendly. It's a very convenient location to everything in Louisville. The room was very clean, the breakfast was ok but what would you expect. Overall, it's a nice hotel that takes care of your travel needs.

We actually live in Lagrange ky. but wanted to get away for a nite to celebrate our 34th anniversary. When i walked in the agent asked me if i had meant to book a handicapable room for which i didnt realize i had booked.i told him no and he without fuss and no up charge put us in a regular room. everyone was nice and professional. I highly recommend staying there. there is ample food and shopping options in the area as well.

The room was large with plenty of storage spaces, extra towels and extra counter space in the bathroom. The free breakfast offered a wide variety of foods, both hot and refrigerated. The hotel was convenient to the wedding venue. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Hotel was cleaned within capabilities. Hotel had a musty smell, room smelled strong of man's cologne. Mildew/mold on ceiling in tub area. Outlet in bathroom did not work. Bed was clean and comfortable. Elevator was old, a lot of people took stairs.

Great property with a super hot tub and breakfast! Staff was amazing. The hotel needs a few upgrades in the pool area and carpets in the hall but nothing major. Perhaps a better intoom coffee pot
