Beautiful hotel with great staff!

Arrived at the hotel at 9:30pm. Computers were down and we couldn’t get our room. Waited in the lobby with 5 other families that couldn’t get a room either. Ended up having to get a room next door at the Holiday Inn. Fairfield Inn would not issue a refund for my prepaid room the next day. Will not stay with them again

The rooms are lacking anything that would make me decide to stay again. It was very basic and rides the line of being clean enough. Interactions with the staff was pleasant.

Room was clean and ac was cold. The staff at the front desk was super nice. The breakfast had excellent choices and was clean environment.
