Vieille hôtel manquant d'entretien.

The staff was fabulously perfect. The room was dirty and the shower certain was disgusting. The bed foot board is broken and tripped on it seceral time's.

Ray,Thank you so much for your review. We loved that you loved our staff. I am sincerely sorry that the room was dirty. We will definitely have our housekeepers pay more attention. We have checked on the bed foot board. It is all connected so I am not sure where you must have tripped.

I tried to get a refund couldn’t get one through Expedia. I will probably never use Expedia again. I can’t believe they let people like this on their list.

Mr. Cary,Thank you so much for your review. Looking at your reservation. It looks like you canceled the reservation. Because of that, you may have been charged for a cancellation fee. I am sincerely sorry that give you a negative impact regarding to our hotel. Please accept our apologies. Just an fyi please check cancellation policy with Expedia before you book at any hotel to avoid another issue like this.

The staff was very nice. Property was dark. Room was clean, toilet was unstable and leaked. Overall good for the price.

Russ, Thank you for your review. We love the shout out to our staff. They are the life of the property. Thank you for your sincere words. The property is dark and we are in the process of changing out the lights. We can completely understand how it can change the life and attitude of the hotel when the lights do not shine out. We will definitely have maintenance check out the toilet. I do know that we are expecting new toilets in the future so that will definitely help. I am sorry for the issue you had. I am extremely glad that the price worked out well for you as the property kept in mind all the crazy inflation we are dealing with. We do hope to see you again the future when we are done with the renovations.

The toilet seat was dirty, there were hairs in the sink. Some rooms were undergoing construction, the building just looked run down. Probably wont stay here again

Dear Guest,Thank you so much for your review. I am sincerely sorry that we fell short in cleanliness. We are definitely going to pay extra attention to it. Our property is under renovation. We are actually renovating another side of the building where the guest are assigned no rooms there. I am not sure how property being under renovation is a "negative thing." Our renovation begins after 10am and ends at 4PM which is the hours where there is no guest at the property. We do hope you are able to give us a chance when the property is done renovating. You will love it.

We know that the material and the equipment placed on the side of the property can be distracting. We are sorry that the environment made it feel unhealthy. One Night in Bangkok
Publié le 10 juill. 2024 sur HotelsWell where do i start? #1 had to have 100$ cash for deposit even though i used a credit card.#2 no toilet paper,#3 the bed linens were dirty, the pillow cases were brown"suposed to be white"#4 room was dirty, looked lke they were remodeling but wasnt#5 no house keeping at all.#6 wouldnt give us any new towels even though we stayed a week. It was the worst experience we've ever had paying 500$ plus dollars to stay at a hotel. Took 2 hours to get deposit back when ready to check out.

Patrick,Thank you so much for your review. I am not sure if you have mistaken my hotel for another hotel. Your reservation booked under Expedia.com was only for one night. We do require a 100 cash deposit as mentioned on the website. The funny part of the deposit is that you called the hotel before you booked online whether you need a deposit. I told you specially that we do require a deposit. You will need it at the time of check-in. Your credit card that you mentioned was a "cashapp" card. We do not use those for incidental deposit. As far as getting the deposit back, you were given your cash deposit back within 10 minutes. I am not sure why you said 2 hours but it was 10 minutes. Sincerely,
